Can Photoshop be used on both Windows and Mac?

Photoshop was by Thomas Knoll and John Knoll. It was  by Thomas Knoll, a PhD student at the University of Michigan, and his brother John Knoll, who was working at Industrial Light & Magic (ILM) at the time. The software was initially by Thomas Knoll in 1987, and he  with his brother John to further develop and refine the program.
